Restaurant Supervisor – Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Monitor service standards and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with the management team to meet operational and financial goals
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or relevant hospitality experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
- Excellent customer service and team management skills
- Flexible availability and willingness to work according to rostered shifts, including weekends and evenings
