Salary of $80,000–$95,000 (depending on experience), plus phone and fuel allowances

No new Property Condition Reports

No Trust Accounting

No Business Development

Shared Assistant Property Manager and Virtual Assistants to support your portfolio

Leave cover organised for you, so you can genuinely switch off while you're away

Modern paperless and cloud based systems including PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate

Shared company vehicle available for work appointments

Free staff parking (arrive a little earlier and you'll usually secure a spot at the rear of the office)

Regular performance reviews

Ongoing training and support from an experienced Head of Department and Senior Property Managers

Monthly team lunches, Friday afternoon drinks and celebrations throughout the year including Christmas, EOFY, Melbourne Cup, Easter and birthdays

Modern industrial style office in the heart of Leederville, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and local amenities

A stable, supportive workplace with an average staff tenure of six years

About the Role

You'll manage a well maintained portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties , primarily located throughout Perth's central, southern, western and coastal suburbs, with many apartments located within the same complexes to reduce travel. Supported by an Assistant Property Manager and Virtual Assistant who assist with inspections, home opens, administration and applications. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance, leasing, conducting routine and final inspections, minimising arrears and delivering exceptional customer service. With no Trust Accounting, PCRs or Business Development responsibilities, and the support of our Head of Department, you'll have more time to focus on providing outstanding property management.

We'd Love to Meet You If You:

Have at least 1 year's Property Management experience

Hold a current WA Property Management Registration

Have a current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Are organised, proactive and solution focused

Take pride in providing exceptional customer service

Communicate confidently and professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors

Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team

Are confident using technology and enjoy learning new systems

Work Life Balance

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm), with adaptable working arrangements including one work from home day each week. We understand that life doesn't always fit into standard business hours and are open to discussing an arrangement that supports both your career and your life.
