About the Role

As a Landscaping Team Leader, you'll lead a small crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with our Project Managers and Estimating team to bring award-winning landscape designs to life.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential construction projects
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Mentor apprentices and junior landscapers
- Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety requirements
- Operate and maintain a wide range of landscaping tools and machinery
- Complete site documentation and communicate project progress with the office

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 5 years' experience in landscape construction
- Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques including wet-laid paving, retaining walls, irrigation systems, concreting, tiling and fencing.
- Ability to read landscape plans and set out projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on quality and customer service
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on site
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
- White Card (essential)
