The Role
VicTrack is seeking an experienced Change & Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our Future Ready transformation program. Supporting organisation‑wide culture and capability initiatives, this position will drive meaningful change that strengthens our workforce, builds capability and prepares VicTrack for the future.
Reporting to the Strategic Project Lead - People & Culture, you will lead the people side of change for the Future Ready program, ensuring transformation initiatives are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the organisation. This role combines strategic change management with hands‑on project delivery and offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business.
Please note, this is a 3-year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organisational change for the Future Ready program:
- Develop and implement change strategies that support successful transformation outcomes
- Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and sponsorship effectiveness
- Deliver communication, engagement and change readiness activities
- Identify and address barriers to adoption and manage resistance constructively
- Support leaders to embed new behaviours, mindsets and ways of working
Deliver Complex Projects
- Lead planning and delivery of culture, capability and organisational change initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, using Clarity
- Coordinate activities across business units, subject matter experts and external partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives
Governance and Benefits Realisation
- Maintain project and change governance frameworks
- Prepare reporting for Sponsors and Steering Committees
- Monitor change adoption, benefits realisation and program outcomes
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organisational priorities and workforce objectives
Qualifications
- Tertiary level qualifications in Change, HR, Psychology or a related field (mandatory)
- Prosci accreditation, or other change qualification and project management qualification (desirable)
Knowledge & Experience
- Demonstrated experience leading organisation‑wide people change initiatives, ideally within a People & Culture function
- Strong knowledge of change management theories, methodologies and frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives
- Excellent communication and facilitation capability
- Understanding of how culture, leadership, and capability frameworks drive organisational performance
- Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
