We provide strong learning opportunities for all team members, including our Student Pharmacists who are enrolled in the StepUp program, giving them more time with pharmacists and the chance to expand their knowledge and skills!

Our store is large, with wide aisles and a neat, organised dispensary that makes working here efficient and enjoyable. The leadership team is approachable and supportive, providing guidance, encouragement, and ongoing training to help every team member grow. Every day brings variety and challenges, but our collaborative culture ensures that everyone is supported and able to succeed while delivering excellent customer service!

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:

- Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
- Assist customers with general queries
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
- Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

About you

- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

- S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded

- Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy

- Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
