Your new role: Reporting into senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading sales, operations, customer service, talent development, and strategic growth initiatives. You will create a culture of excellence while delivering outstanding results and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance and achieving annual revenue targets
- Leading and developing a large, high-performing retail team
- Building customer loyalty and growing client engagement programs
- Developing local business initiatives and community partnerships
- Managing operational excellence, compliance, inventory, and risk
- Driving employee engagement, succession planning, and talent development
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across retail,
marketing, operations, finance, and merchandising teams
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed: Extensive senior retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail or a premium customer-focused environment.
