- Driving sales performance and achieving store profitability targets
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
- Building and growing a loyal client portfolio
- Managing recruitment, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences
- Overseeing store operations, compliance, and inventory management
- Analysing business performance and implementing action plans to drive growth
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience within luxury retail or premium retail
Required Skills
- Strong sales and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Experience managing store operations and profitability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexibly across weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
Pay range and compensation package
$135k plus super plus bonuses
