Store Manager Lead a passionate team in delivering world‑class customer service and drive the success of the Petstock Group.

Responsibilities - Lead by example, mentor, and inspire the team daily.

- Co‑coach the team to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and foster a culture of safety.
- Recruit, onboard, and induct high‑calibre new team members.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and adherence to stock integrity processes.
- Stay up to date on pet care, products, and services to support the team.
- Create a fun, supportive in‑store culture.
- Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.

Qualifications - Experience in a similar store leadership role or a strong desire to progress in retail management.

- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.




- Strong leadership to motivate and build a high‑performing team while fostering a positive culture.
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities with timely completion of tasks.
- Experience driving protected Work, Health & Safety practices.
- Established business acumen and flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team.
