Key Responsibilities - Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays.

- Manage planograms and ensure compliance with store standards.
- Create appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for customers.
- Display and enforce a safety culture for staff and customers.
- Assist with deliveries when required.
- Support training and career development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience - Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions.

- Multitasking and prioritisation skills required.
- Leadership abilities, emerging or established.
- Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries.
- Passion for automotive industry & Repco products (ideal).
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with the manager.
- Ability to lift, bend & climb as required.
