Are you an experienced Project Risk professional looking to make an impact on a nationally significant infrastructure program?

We're seeking a Senior Project Risk Manager to join a high-performing project team, supporting the successful delivery of a complex, large-scale infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts, helping to identify, manage and mitigate project risks that influence cost, schedule and overall delivery.

About the Role As the Senior Project Risk Manager, you'll play a key role in embedding risk management across the project lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Planners, Cost Engineers and Commercial teams, you'll provide expert risk advice, facilitate risk assessments and ensure project leaders have clear visibility of potential risks and opportunities.

Your ability to deliver robust risk analysis and support informed decision-making will be critical to the success of this major program.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the identification, assessment and management of project risks and opportunities across multiple work packages.
- Facilitate risk workshops with project and delivery teams.
- Maintain project risk registers, ensuring risks are appropriately owned, monitored and mitigated.
- Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), scenario modelling and other risk assessments to support project decision-making.
- Monitor project contingency and risk budgets, providing recommendations where required.




- Develop clear and insightful risk reports, dashboards and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Controls, Planning and Commercial teams to integrate risk management into overall project delivery.
- Ensure risk management processes align with organisational standards, governance requirements and industry best practice.

About You You'll be an experienced risk professional with a strong background in project controls and a passion for supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience working on major infrastructure, defence, construction, mining, rail, energy or engineering projects.
- Robust knowledge of project risk management methodologies and project controls.
- Experience conducting Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) and interpreting results to support project outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, commercially focused recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary project teams.

- Acumen Fuse
- Power BI
- Tableau

Requirements
- Australian Citizenship is essential.
- Ability to obtain, or currently hold, a Baseline Security Clearance.
