Field Service Mechanic – Road Transport & Machinery

We're a growing workshop based in Toowoomba and we need someone who wants to own their work and be part of a growing team.

The job:

Heavy vehicle and diesel fitting work, mostly out on the road. Workshop when it makes sense, but you'll spend plenty of time troubleshooting trucks and machinery on-site — mine sites, civil jobs, wherever the work takes you.

Dual-trade or upskilling opportunities are on the table if you're keen.

What we need from you:

- Qualified heavy vehicle mechanic or diesel fitter
- Real field service experience — you're comfortable on the road, not just in the shed
- Mining or civil machinery experience is a big plus
- You can run a job with minimal oversight and communicate straight with clients
- Safety-first, and you take pride in your work
