At Newport Lakes Childcare & Early Learning Centre, we've intentionally chosen to do things differently.

We're not trying to fit as many experiences as possible into a child's day. We're trying to make each experience meaningful.

We believe childhood should be slow. Unhurried. Full of wonder, curiosity and genuine connection. We intentionally keep our group sizes small because relationships matter. Children deserve time to explore, ask questions, get messy, solve problems and simply be children.

We're currently looking for two passionate educators to join our team.

Room Leader

Lead one of our beautiful learning environments with no more than 12 children each day. Build strong relationships, mentor your team and create a calm, engaging space where children thrive.

Educator

Join a supportive team where every educator contributes to planning, learning environments and the daily life of the service. We don't believe outstanding ideas come from one person.

What you'll need.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying and at least 50% complete.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain within your first month.
- Current Child Protection training.
- Completion of all mandatory Gecko Learning modules during induction.
- Australian working rights.
