- Curate the guest journey by overseeing room availability, rate strategies, and VIP programs, ensuring every stay feels personalized and extraordinary.
- Lead cross-functional teams with purpose, using data-driven insights to enhance performance, elevate service standards, and boost guest satisfaction.




- Prepare and deliver daily briefings to ensure that all team members are informed about hotel activities, VIPs, group movements, promotional events, guest feedback, and product knowledge.
- Orchestrate multiple projects and priorities with precision, ensuring deadlines are met and excellence is never compromised.
- Cultivate relationships with service providers and partners to support operational success across all Rooms Division touchpoints.
- Champion continuous improvement across systems and processes, while inspiring your team to deliver beyond brand standards.
- Remain composed in emergencies, swiftly ensuring the safety and well-being of guests while minimizing any disruptions to their experience.

More about you

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end venue, with a strong background in developing and leading a team.
- High level of confidence in introducing experiences and engaging with guests, coupled with impeccable presentation and grooming.
- An inspirational leader with a talent for seamless operations and service delivery, along with well-developed administrative skills.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skills, essential for a hands-on role.
