About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisation-wide safeguarding initiatives that protect children, young people and vulnerable adults. You’ll provide high-quality project, operational and administrative support, coordinate governance activities, maintain accurate reporting and documentation, and assist with safeguarding incident management and compliance requirements.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll contribute to the development of safeguarding resources, training and continuous improvement initiatives, while researching emerging legislation and best practice to help strengthen safeguarding capability and ensure the highest standards of care and accountability.

About you

You bring strong administrative, data management and reporting skills, along with excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. A commitment to continuous improvement, strong problem-solving skills, and an understanding of safeguarding, child safety, risk management or accreditation requirements will set you up for success in this role.

Your key experience will include:

- A Cert IV or Diploma in Community Services, Child Protection, Human Services, Project Management or a related field is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy,



including proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms and systems, including AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
- Drivers Licence
- Section 51 of the Equal Chance Act 1984 (WA) applies to this position
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
