Located on the picturesque Grand Pacific Drive, 500 metres from the Seacliff Bridge, this historic venue is a multi-level hospitality venue encompassing a restaurant serving all-day-dining and event spaces used for workshop classes, celebrations and meetings.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are now seeking a part time Cook to join the crew and help the Chefs deliver on-trend menu items.
Are you ready to work in a fun, but fast-paced kitchen and are able to provide consistent quality and presentation? Bring your experience and enthusiasm, and we'll supply the rest.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have previous experience in a similar role including cooking and/or food preparation.
- Strong work ethic.
- A high level of accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of WH&S; principles, food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Adaptable and able to work a range of shifts across days, evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is a must.
