About you

About the role
The purpose of the role is to promote a positive customer experience when engagingwith external and internal customers via the contact centre or in person at the Administration Centres. In addition, providing accurate and efficient administrativesupport to the various departments within the organisation.
Promoting and advocating Richmond Valley as a customer focused organisation
Full time: 70-hour fortnight
Salary: Range from $67,236 to $77,318 pa + 12% superannuation
