Our Device Care Centres (DCCs) repair, refurbish, and prepare mobile devices and electronics for reuse, including supporting trade‐in programs for major partners. As we head into our peak period, we're looking for casual DCC Team Members to join our Auburn team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in a fast‐paced, tech‐focused workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

- Diagnose and perform quality checks on mobile devices
- Data wipe and configure devices using internal systems
- Assist with device customisation and processing
- Label, document, and verify devices accurately
- Prepare stock and shipments for dispatch
- Meet productivity targets (KPIs/SLAs) while maintaining quality
- Support stock handling, stocktakes, and general warehouse tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines

Does This Sound Like You?

- Previous warehouse or device handling experience (preferred but not essential)




- Experience with mobile devices or repairs (advantageous)
- Availability Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
- Good communication skills and a team‐first mindset
- Able to stand for extended periods and handle stock safely

Successful candidates must complete relevant background checks, including Right to Work and a Police Check.
