Room Attendant (Wellness & Hygiene) – Hotel Hacienda

About the Role

Wellness & Hygiene team members are responsible for the day‐to‐day presentation and overall aesthetic appearance of Hotel Hacienda. The Room Attendant is responsible for the cleaning and presentation of our guests' rooms and public spaces to a best practice standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and public areas including lounges, bathrooms, reception, and corridors.
- Provide day‐to‐day cleaning services to maintain wellness and hygiene standards.
- Execute departures, strip and make beds, reset rooms to hotel standard.
- Conduct scheduled deep cleaning across allocated areas to a high standard.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storerooms in an organised, ready‐to‐use condition.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost property promptly.
- Support recycling and sustainable practices in all daily tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4‐5 star hotel environment.
- Strong attention to detail and general pride in the execution of work delivered.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritise and multitask.




- Ability to work as a contributing team member but able to work independently.
- Promote and maintain the values of Hotel Hacienda in the assigned working asset.
- A self‐starter who can initiate activities and see them through to completion.
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
