Infinite Aged Care Padstow Heights is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to lead our clinical team in a Not-for-Profit aged care home. The role reports to the General Manager and supports the Clinical Care Manager, overseeing care plans, documentation, and high-quality resident care.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with morning and afternoon options. You will mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs, collaborate with GPs and allied health, conduct audits, and drive continuous
