Skillset are seeking an Electrician to join our client's manufacturing team in Bathurst, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician to play a key role in the installation of a new facility, while maintaining the reliability, safety and performance of electrical systems and automation equipment across a busy manufacturing operation.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving, leading by example and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Full time, part time or a casual positions are available.

Your responsibilties may include:

- Installing and modifying electrical equipment and control systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on extrusion lines, conveyors, pumps, compressors and associated plant equipment
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
- Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, instrumentation, VSDs and HMIs
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records within the site's CMMS
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and site procedures

You will have:

- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Current Electrical Licence




- Experience within industrial manufacturing or process industries
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals
- Current driver's licence
