Landscaping Labourer – Full-Time, Training Provided

Two Gloves is looking for an enthusiastic labourer to join our gardening and landscaping team.

You do not need years of landscaping experience. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who is willing to work hard, learn and prove themselves.

For the right person, this is not just a temporary labouring job. We want to train you, develop your skills and invest in you over the long haul.

About Us

Two Gloves is a growing Perth gardening and landscaping company with multiple field crews supported by an experienced office and administration team.

We complete a wide range of residential gardening and landscaping projects throughout Perth. Our team is friendly, hardworking and skilled, with plenty of good-natured banter along the way.

We take our work seriously, but we do not take ourselves too seriously.

About the Role

You will work alongside an experienced crew completing gardening, landscaping and outdoor improvement projects at customers’ homes.

The work is physical and outdoors, so you will need to be comfortable working in Perth’s heat, cold and rain. You will receive support and on-the-job training as you develop your skills.

As you prove yourself, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress within the business.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Your work may include:

- Assisting with garden clean-ups and landscaping projects

- Moving soil, mulch, plants and landscaping materials

- Digging, levelling and preparing outdoor areas

- Assisting with lawn, garden, edging and reticulation installations

- Loading and unloading vehicles, tools and materials

- Operating basic tools and equipment after training

- Keeping vehicles, equipment and job sites clean and organised

- Following instructions and working safely as part of a crew

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and turns up on time

- Is physically fit and comfortable completing manual work

- Has a strong work ethic and does not avoid difficult tasks

- Is enthusiastic and willing to learn

- Can follow instructions and work well in a team

- Takes pride in completing work properly

- Communicates respectfully with teammates and customers

- Wants a stable role and the opportunity to build a long‑term career

Previous gardening, landscaping, construction or labouring experience would be helpful, but it is not essential.

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport are strongly preferred.

The successful applicant will also need to be willing to complete a national police clearance, drug and alcohol test, and pre-employment medical.
