Store Manager – Port Lincoln

Our Port Lincoln store is hiring an Store Manager to join their team on a full‑time basis. This position offers the opportunity to enhance leadership skills by overseeing a retail team in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

- Oversee the induction of new team members
- Coach the store’s team to meet and exceed store targets
- Help support your team with customer query escalations
- Act as the Store Manager’s right‑hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
- Execute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metrics
- Lead from the front and motivate the team to foster a positive store culture
- Organise the store floor and team schedules to meet customer demand

About You

- You have previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role




- You are able to energise and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
- You lead from the front and can influence and build rapport with a diverse and wide-ranging team
- You can resolve customer issues swiftly and creatively
- You are an excellent communicator who can support the Store Manager in guiding team members through change
