About the role

Vivad is a leading signage and digital print provider undergoing growth and is seeking someone to support our sales team inputting orders and other various data entry requirements. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, project management, and cost estimating for our diverse range of signage and digital print projects. You will need a print related background.

What you'll be doing

- Enter customer orders, job details, and updates accurately into our ERP system

- Input quoting, job setup, and follow‑up tasks

- Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email

- Maintain customer records and update changes promptly

- Prepare and send order confirmations, artwork requests, and other documentation

- Coordinate internally with production and dispatch teams to ensure job details are correct

- Follow up on order delivery

- Perform general administrative duties as required

- Taking on all order-related tasks from the acceptance, creation and recording of customer orders to





What we're looking for

- Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role within the signage, print or a related industry or advanced knowledge of the printing industry will be a massive bonus

- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

- Proficient in the use of estimating software

- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
