Beard Octane Australia is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing Sales & Brand Ambassador to lead our premium pop-up stores across Sydney shopping centres and events.

This isn't your typical retail role. You'll be the face of one of the world's leading beard grooming brands, introducing customers to premium products and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.

About the Role

As our Pop-Up Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Driving sales and achieving daily sales targets.
- Engaging with shoppers and confidently starting conversations.
- Demonstrating premium beard oils, balms, washes and grooming products.
- Educating customers on beard care and product benefits.
- Processing sales through our POS system.
- Maintaining a clean, professional and inviting retail display.
- Managing stock levels and merchandising.
- Representing the Beard Octane brand with energy and professionalism.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Loves talking to people and building rapport.
- Has previous retail or face-to-face sales experience.
- Is confident approaching customers.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
- Is reliable,



punctual and well presented.
- Has a passion for premium brands and customer service.
- Weekend availability is essential.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience in shopping centre kiosks or pop-up retail.
- Experience in barbering, grooming or men's lifestyle products.
- Experience exceeding retail sales targets.
- Social media content creation experience.
