We specialise in transforming kitchens and bathrooms — often saving customers thousands by renovating instead of replacing — and we’ve built a reputation for quality work, expert design, and genuine customer care.
We are looking for a sales and design consultant to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for design and a talent for building genuine connections, we'd love to have you help our clients transform their vision into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending pre-booked in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Taking full measurements and photos in office to Skype the job accurately
- Creating kitchen and bathroom designs using design software based on client needs
- Helping clients select cabinetry, benchtops, fixtures, handles, and finishes
- Preparing and sending quote
- Building relationships with past clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Working closely with the production and installation team to hand over jobs seamlessly
The Ideal Applicant
- Has experience in sales and design — ideally in kitchens, bathrooms, or home renovation
- Comfortable running in-home consultations and presenting quotes with confidence
- Has an eye for design and can help clients visualise the finished result
- Organised, detail-oriented, and follows through on commitments
- A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly
- Has a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site visits
- Professional and respectful when working in people’s homes
