Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Based on Performance Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate qualified leads within target markets.

Engage with prospects through daily cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other lead generation methods across various industries.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the company CRM system.

Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies.

Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates.





Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements and Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with strong potential will also be considered).

Solid working knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM systems (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments.

Proficient in using social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Self-starter with a can-do attitude; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of the drone industry and SaaS software is a plus.
