We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our EZConcept team at Studco Building Systems. This is a full-time position and is office based with occasional site visits as required. As Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring a small team, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This role is integral to achieving our business objectives and establishing Studco Building Systems as a market leader in our industry.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new client accounts whilst maintaining existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and industry partners to drive revenue growth
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic planning
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained
- Mentor and develop junior sales team members, providing guidance and coaching to support their professional growth

What we're looking for

- Proven sales experience, preferably within the building systems, construction materials, or related B2B sectors
- Proven track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the building and construction industry, including familiarity with key stakeholders and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present confidently to senior decision-makers
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales approaches




- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and mentoring sales teams or junior staff
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach with a genuine passion for business development
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required
