As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position where you'll be responsible for developing builder relationships while providing outstanding showroom service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with small and large residential builders.
- Manage and grow existing builder accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct showroom consultations with builder-referred customers.
- Guide customers through product selection, colours, finishes, and design options.
- Prepare quotations and manage the complete sales process from enquiry through to order confirmation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard, ensuring displays remain attractive, organised, and up to date.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the continued growth of the business.





What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail tiles, flooring, bathroomware, or a similar sales environment.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and customers.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A successful track record in consultative selling and converting enquiries into sales.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Professional presentation and a positive, customer-first attitude.

Desirable

- Knowledge of tiles, flooring, bathroomware, or the building industry.
- Experience using CRM or sales management software.
