Craig Burgess Motor Group (CBMG) is looking for a passionate, driven and hands-on Sales Manager to join our successful Bowen Hills dealership.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will have the autonomy to lead your team, drive performance, and make a genuine impact on the dealership's success.

The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, achieving sales and profitability targets, and creating an environment where both your team and customers thrive.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, motivating and coaching a high-performing sales team.

- Driving new vehicle sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Recruiting, mentoring and developing Sales Consultants to reach their full potential.

- Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly sales performance to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.

- Working collaboratively with the Finance & Insurance team to maximise every customer opportunity.

- Conducting regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

- Ensuring all dealership processes, compliance requirements and manufacturer standards are met.

- Creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture.

- Identifying new opportunities to grow the business and improve dealership performance.

About You





We're looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about developing people and achieving results.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience in an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role.

- A proven track record of delivering strong sales and profitability results.

- Outstanding leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- A positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.

- A current Queensland Driver Licence.
