We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected real estate business seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to become the backbone of its high-performing sales team. If you thrive on organisation, enjoy managing multiple campaigns and take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences, this is an opportunity to join one of the industry's best.

The Role Supporting a team of successful Sales Agents, you will:

- Coordinate property marketing campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
- Prepare listing presentations, sales documentation and agency agreements.
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring every property launches on time.
- Liaise with photographers, stylists, designers, copywriters and media suppliers.
- Upload and manage listings across REA, Domain and social media platforms.
- Maintain CRM systems, databases and campaign reporting.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support that allows the sales team to focus on listing and selling.

About You You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

You'll also have

- Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Administration,



Sales Coordination or Marketing Coordination role.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience using REA, Domain and real estate CRM systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
