We're looking for enthusiastic, professional sales consultants to join our retail team. About the Role

This is not your typical retail sales position. Every customer who walks through our doors has a story. They may be recovering from surgery, planning for ageing, caring for a loved one or looking for solutions that will improve everyday living.

Your role is to understand their needs, provide expert advice and recommend products that genuinely improve their quality of life.

You'll work in a modern showroom/retail setting where customer service, empathy and professionalism come first.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome and engage customers.
- Conduct personalised product demonstrations.
- Recommend the most suitable mobility and healthcare solutions.
- Build relationships with Occupational Therapists, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up enquiries and quotations.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain exceptional customer service from enquiry through to delivery.
- Keep the showroom presented to the highest standard.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.




- A genuine desire to help others.
- Confidence building rapport with customers of all ages.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Professional presentation.
- Computer literacy and attention to detail.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, mobility, furniture, bedding, rehabilitation, aged care or medical equipment is highly regarded—but not essential. We provide comprehensive training.
