This role will see you providing essential administrative support to the sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to the Sales team and wider business

- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process sales orders, quotes, purchase orders, and customer documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance
- Maintain accurate records, customer information, and sales data
- Assist with reporting, pricing updates, and general administration tasks
- Support the end-to-end sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience




- Ensure all sales administration processes are completed accurately and efficiently Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Customer Service, or Administration role
- Experience within a trades, manufacturing, or distribution environment is highly regarded
- Solid communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administration capabilities
- Confident using systems and learning new platforms quickly
