Role Description This is a part time remote role for a Salesforce Developer / Administrator at SESI. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and customizations to support organizational processes. Daily tasks include creating and updating Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation, and maintaining data quality and security settings.

The Salesforce

Developer / Administrator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Salesforce environment for performance and usability. The role also includes documenting configurations and changes, and supporting end users through training and guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Salesforce.com Development, including Apex programming and customization.




- Candidates should possess skills in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components for building responsive user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to the Salesforce.com platform, including app integration, data management, and sandbox usage.
- Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and translating business needs into technical implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer) are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with non-profit or membership-based organizations and interest in renewable energy or sustainability is an advantage.
