We’re looking for a senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Solution Architect to join a large-scale digital transformation program focused on delivering an intuitive, secure and customer-centric online experience.

This is an opportunity to influence architectural direction on a high-profile Salesforce implementation, working alongside senior technology and business stakeholders to deliver a modern digital platform used by thousands of customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as the architectural authority across the Experience Cloud platform, helping shape technical direction while supporting successful project delivery.

Working with solution architects, delivery teams, vendors and business leaders, you’ll ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards.

Your focus will include:

- Defining solution architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives
- Providing technical guidance across delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting integration and platform design decisions




- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Reviewing solution designs to ensure quality, security and scalability
- Managing technical risks and driving architectural best practice
- Working closely with external implementation partners to achieve successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced Salesforce architect with a strong track record delivering enterprise-scale Experience Cloud projects.

You’ll ideally have:

- Extensive Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture experience
- Experience designing customer portal solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise architecture
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across large transformation programs
- The ability to influence technical outcomes across multiple teams
