Salesforce Tech Lead

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with strong leadership, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.

As the technical lead, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and custom platform capabilities.

What you'll be doing

- Lead end-to-end solution design and technical delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Own architecture decisions, integration patterns, and platform best practices
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, admins, and technical consultants
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems, middleware, and cloud platforms
- Ensure high standards across code quality, security, testing, and deployment pipelines




- Partner with stakeholders to balance technical trade-offs, delivery timelines, and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, performance, and maintainability

What we're looking for

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong technical depth
- Proven experience leading Salesforce delivery in complex enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and platform limitations
- Strong hands-on capability across Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce (where relevant), and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, version control, and release management
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture)
- Experience with enterprise security, data governance, and permission models
- Experience across MuleSoft, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ

Nice to have

- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation programs
- Knowledge of AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities like Einstein
