We're looking for a detail-oriented Sampling Coordinator to join our Global Head Office in Osborne Park.

About the Role

As Sampling Coordinator, you will be responsible for the receival and distribution of samples globally. This is a busy, hands-on role for someone who is happy to work predominantly in our warehouse and provide additional support in the office with some administrative and reconciliation tasks.

What you'll be doing

· Communicate with suppliers to ensure shipments meet delivery deadlines

· Organise shipments with freight forwarders and couriers

· Create packing lists and tracking documents using excel

· General warehousing tasks, including keeping areas clean and tidy, stacking and wrapping pallets

· Invoicing sample sales

· Communicating sample status to Design and Marketing teams

· Reconcile the shipments from multiple suppliers to their invoices

· Pick, pack and manage the shipping of samples to our reps in AU & NZ as well as our global licensees





· Manage the returns of samples back to head office once the sale is complete

· Stocktake, reconcile the returns to the system and investigate any variances

· Assist in the selling of the samples as required once they have been returned

This role can be physically demanding, but it also challenges the mind. You'll be part of a unique team that provides the best and most efficient service possible to keep our Reps, Licensees and customers happy!

What we’re looking for:

- High attention to detail – strong data entry & numerical skills
- Able to perform picking/packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Physically fit to perform all duties
- Reliable team player - work at the team pace and follow all team policies and procedures
- Able to use your initiative – to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Experience in a warehouse is favourable
- Able to reach targets throughout the day, including a number of realistic, but fast-paced KPIs, as well as company calendar deadlines.
