Functional Analyst – SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst – SAP EAM to join a leading enterprise technology team supporting large-scale SAP transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP EAM enhancements and change requests.

Design and configure end-to-end SAP EAM processes including Notification Management, Work Orders, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Reporting.

Support SAP S/4HANA landscape migration and upgrade projects.

Configure and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and HSE.

Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and business process flows.

Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT activities.





Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).

Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP transformation projects.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise and RISE environments).

Expertise in SAP EAM process design, configuration, and solution architecture.

Experience with SAP Fiori applications and EAM integrations.

Solid understanding of SAP FI/CO, MM, and Inventory Management integration points.

Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
