Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 1. Minimum 4 – 5 End-End-To Implementations in EC and Compensation

1. Should have SAP SuccessFactros Employee Central certification
2. Should have SAP SuccessFactors Compenstion and Variable Pay certification
3. Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP.
4. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
5. Experience in Compensation Route maps/Approval process and step types for Comp, Variable pay and combined templates.
6. Hands on experience in Custom break up calculations in Compensation templates, Compensation statement, Rewards and Recognition
7. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
8. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
9. Experience in Successfactors Integration with EC Payroll and other systems and integration center.
10. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
11.



Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Good-to-Have 1. Knowledge in intelligent Services
1. Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
2. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
3. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
4. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
5. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes

2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization

3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors setting.

4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors

5 Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
