Mandatory Requirements

✔ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification





✔ SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Certification

✔ 4–5 End-to-End Implementations in EC & Compensation

✔ Experience with Integration Centre and EC Integrations

✔ Robust understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management
