Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant / AMS Lead with expertise in Employee Central, EC Time Off, AMS support, and SAP HCM integrations .

Key Requirements

- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 4–6 end-to-end Employee Central implementations .
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central, EC Time Off, Position Management, RBP, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows .
- 4+ years of AMS/Production Support or Service Delivery experience.
- Experience with Integration Center, Story Reports, EC Payroll, and SAP HCM integrations .

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Lead end-to-end AMS delivery and production support.
- Design and implement HR business processes.
- Manage incidents, changes, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support SuccessFactors bi-annual releases.
