Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our friendly team at our modern McKinnon office.
This is a busy and important role requiring a person with experience working in a fast-paced environment, can manage changing priorities and remains calm and organised throughout the day.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting our operations team and coordinating our technicians across multiple states. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling mould inspections and treatment appointments
- Coordinating technicians and managing daily schedules
- Responding quickly to cancellations and changing priorities
- Communicating with property managers, owners and renters
- Responding to inbound enquiries by telephone and email
- Updating job statuses and maintaining accurate records
- Ensure appointments and daily operations run smoothly
About You To succeed in this position, you will:
- Have previous experience in a scheduling role
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be versatile and able to adapt quickly to change
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Remain calm and professional when schedules change
- Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident using computers and learning new software
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
- Have a positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
Experience in the property, maintenance, trades or service industry would be advantageous but is not essential.Full training in our systems and services will be provided.
