Theo’s Kitchen is launching an exciting new Lebanese dining experience in Newtown, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic Wait Staff to join our evening team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking orders confidently and efficiently
- Carrying share plates, mezze, and hot dishes
- Delivering high-quality table service with personality
- Handling payments and using POS (training provided)
- Ensuring the dining room stays clean, organised and inviting
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or table service experience preferred
- A warm, professional manner with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual and confident
- Evening availability (Thurs–Sun desirable)
