About The Role

We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Stanthorpe branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday.

About You

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
- Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
