The Package: $84,518.72 - $93,391.48 gross per annum + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 11 of the QPRC Salary System 2026) and Award increases of 4% in 2027-28 and 4% in 2028-2029. Full-time - 35 hours per week. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Help deliver the future of water management and metering in our region. Council is offering a unique opportunity to play a key role in leading the rollout of digital metering across Queanbeyan-Palerang - an exciting project that combines technology, project coordination and community engagement.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate the planning and delivery of Council's digital water meter replacement program across the region, acting as a link between field crews, contractors, internal stakeholders and the community itself.
- Plan and schedule digital water meter replacement and installation activities, prepare and issue work packages for installation crews and maintain accurate meter and customer information.
- Inform the community of upcoming water meter replacements,



issue notifications in a timely fashion and engage residents to navigate Council's mobile app.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has extensive experience in coordinating and delivering project or work programs within set timeframes. Demonstrated project delivery for water infrastructure programs is highly desirable.
- Possesses strong organisation skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Has demonstrated experience supporting field or operations service delivery.
