About the Role:
In this role, you will focus on using your proven leadership experience to empower your team to ‘be a small part of our customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.'
The role is primarily focused on supporting the day-to-day operation of the Depot and there will be a need to roll your sleeves up and “just get the job done”.
We’re looking for a candidate that is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their leadership skills and capacity in line with our business growth.Previous experience in the industry in a leadership role is an advantage.
We’re looking for someone who understands our industry, primarily though we are seeking someone who would best describe themselves as -
Goal-oriented, with a real desire to achieve results
Demonstrated ability and experience in a leadership position, preferably in the rental car industry
Comfortable working without direct day to day supervision with the support of Management and Head Office
Someone who is sociable and who has an engaging personality
Someone who appreciates policies & procedures, yet can think on their feet to create win/win outcomes for customers and the business
Self-initiating and willing to take ownership and encourages their team to do the same.
Able to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Lastly but most importantly, if you have a positive attitude, if you love the idea of assisting in leading a high-performing team and you’re excited at the thought of the day-to-day hustle.
