Conveniently located at 18 Dimboola Road, Warracknabeal, it sits midway between Melbourne and Adelaide.

In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based physical activity interventions for community health outpatients, with potential to support acute and aged care patients as needed.
To be successful, you will need:
- A qualification in Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent with ESSA accreditation (Graduate Diploma or Master’s preferred)
- Strong understanding of primary care and chronic disease management
- Demonstrated client-focused approach in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
- Experience with group exercise programs for adults and older adults
- Commitment to rural community health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid computer literacy
- Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR
- Up-to-date flu vaccination
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Police Check and NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
