What you will do
- Case Management: Manage a complex caseload involving Child Protection Plans and care proceedings.
- Assessment:
Undertake advanced, evidence-based assessments and develop effective intervention plans.

- Practice Support: Provide expert advice, mentoring, and guidance to social workers.
- Child-Focused Practice: Ensure children’s voices and lived experiences are central to all work.
- Professional Leadership: Act as a role model, promoting high standards of social work practice.
- Mentorship: Support and develop colleagues through coaching and supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to audits, service improvements, and best practice initiatives.
- Court Work: Prepare detailed reports and represent cases effectively in court.
