Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 a year Harlsan specializes in supplying drilling consumables to companies across the globe. Established in 1992, Harlsan is a leading Australian manufacturer and global supplier of premium RC and DTH drilling equipment.

Located in Osborne Park and Kalgoorlie Harlsan is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated CNC Fitter to join their teams. You should have the skills to: Accurately read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Fit, assemble, and test mechanical parts and subassemblies using tools such as micrometers, gauges, torque wrenches, and alignment instruments. Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure CNC equipment is operating efficiently and within tolerance limits. Adjust machine settings to meet required specifications and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.





Diagnose mechanical faults in equipment and undertake corrective actions, including replacing or modifying components. Operate hand and power tools to perform fitting tasks including drilling, grinding, and tapping. Follow workplace safety standards and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during machine operation and maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate production and maintenance records in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimise machining processes and reduce downtime. Skills and Experience:

Relevant trade qualification At least 2 years work experience Have a strong adherence OH&S; and in keeping as protected workplace.

Willing to follow detail instructions and quick Learner. Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role.
