- Prepare preliminary solution proposals and recommend suitable Sungrow products based on customer requirements.
- Present technical solutions and explain product features, system architecture, application scenarios and commercial benefits.
- Review customer information including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), load profiles, electrical drawings and site information.
- Coordinate internal engineering and technical resources to support detailed solution design, technical reviews and successful sales closure.
- Escalate complex technical or commercial matters to senior engineering or management where appropriate.
- Support the sales process from initial customer enquiry through to project quotation and successful order conversion.

3. Customer Training & Product Promotion

- Deliver customer product presentations, technical workshops and training sessions.
- Support roadshows, exhibitions, webinars and marketing events across Australia.
- Introduce new products, technologies and solutions to customers and channel partners.
- Help customers understand product applications, installation considerations and industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical support during the customer evaluation process.

4. Prospect Management & Internal Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of customer activities, project opportunities and sales pipeline.
- Track customer enquiries and project progress throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide regular opportunity, pipeline and market updates to management.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvements and business planning.
