- Current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum, including VCE Chemistry
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned learning experiences
- A commitment to student engagement, positive relationships, and collaborative teamwork
- Willingness to support and contribute to the Catholic and Lasallian ethos of the College
